In theory the maximum achievable download speed for a 56k connection is 7k/s but thats with no upload and with no bandwidth to maintain a connection...so maybe max download speed would be 5k/s which works out at roughly 56mins for the 3.4mb file IF you dont do ANYTHING else while its downloading. Rought estimate so DONT post complaining if it takes longer or shorter!
